Upon retiring as a Marine Corps officer in 2012, Nate was chosen to continue the growth of RMCLT based on his years of experience developing and leading teams and projects.  His philosophy is in line with the previous Director’s ideology of hiring staff members based on their personality and ability to work in a team environment rather than focus on education.  Nate has fostered RMCLT’s collaborative relationships with other non-profits in the housing sector of Colorado Springs, and works diligently to find new projects for both RMCLT and the collaborations.

n of Resource Development/Community Outreach Coordinator in 2009.  She became a homeowner in RMCLT’s Affordable Homeownership Program in spring 2000, was elected to the Board of Directors that fall, and served as Vice President from 2007-2009.  Her background in residential construction has proven to be an asset in project planning, while her commitment to the Land Trust and all Land Trust families can be seen in her grant writing and community outreach responsibilities.  Most recently Randi became a HUD certified housing counselor, with the knowledge and resources to supply much needed first-time homebuyer workshops in the Colorado Springs area.

Vicky Albert was hired as a Home Ownership Coordinator based on her passion for helping others and her enthusiasm to provide quality, affordable housing.  Vicky has an extensive background in lending, especially in the emerging markets.  She is responsible for managing and applying for the funds available to RMCLT for home purchases and for communicating with the Lenders, Title Companies and Realtors involved in each home purchase and resale.  Her Spanish-speaking background, approachable demeanor, problem solving skills, and ability to work with our Land Trust families are wonderful resources in the Land Trust office.
