Housing Counseling Specialists will discuss your financial situation with you, then offer guidance on how best to avoid default and foreclosure. Our goal is to help you meet your housing goals — whether that be to stay in the home or to transition to another home that is more appropriate for your situation.

Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) / Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (EMAP)

RMCLT has been selected to administer a portion of Colorado’s HAF/EMAP funding. These funds are to help families who face mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services, and displacement due to COVID.
