Attending a Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust FREE Orientation is the first step in buying a home with the Land Trust!  Our Home Ownership Coordinator will go over the Affordable Home Ownership Program in detail, and there will be a realtor there for any questions you may have.  If you are already working with a realtor, we ask that you bring them to the orientation as well!
