"As a homeowner in the RMCLT program, I love getting the chance to meet and interact with other homeowners. I have seen how the program works from the inside out, and it never ceases to amaze me to what lengths the Land Trust will go to help families in our community!"
Randi’s commitment to affordable housing led her to the Land Trust position of Resource Development/Community Outreach Coordinator in 2009. She became a homeowner in RMCLT’s Affordable Homeownership Program in spring 2000, was elected to the Board of Directors that fall, and served as Vice President from 2007-2009. Her background in residential construction has proven to be an asset in project planning, while her commitment to the Land Trust and all Land Trust families can be seen in her grant writing and community outreach responsibilities. She is also applying to become a HUD certified housing counselor, with the knowledge and resources to supply much needed first-time homebuyer workshops in the Colorado Springs area.
